Stalltrak
You board other people's animals
Boxes, boarding contracts, absences, stable list, roughage. That is the same application with a different fit — and it is called Stalltrak.
And if both apply: a riding club with a boarding operation is both and needs both. It gets a club plan and the stable modules unlocked individually. That case exists, and it is not excluded.

The column names are the ones the application uses: they appear at registration, in the confirmation mail and on the invoice. The stable tiers are not in this table — they belong to the sister brand Stalltrak.
This table is a transcript dated 15 September 2026. What counts is the list the application itself publishes — where they differ, the application wins.
No module, no surcharge
Six things that appear in no column because they hang on no plan.
Your own page — three ways
A page with us under your own address. Or a building block for the homepage you already have, with a plugin for WordPress and three lines for everyone else. Or the finished page as a ZIP to take with you. The others give you a page at their place — we fill yours.
The whelping box measures along
Temperature and humidity arrive from Home Assistant and sit as a curve at the litter. You can see how warm the whelping box was — not only now, but in every hour of the first week.
Move in by spreadsheet, preview free
Animals, litters, pedigrees and boarders from CSV. The preview counts what arrives and writes nothing: you see before you buy whether your data lands intact. The import itself needs a paid plan.
On the phone, without an app store
Feeding, weighing, training, barcode, receipt. The application can be placed on the home screen and keeps working offline with a queue — there is rarely a signal in a stable.
Reminders and dates
Vaccinations, worming, farrier, pregnancy and whelping dates, health rhythms, course and exam dates. By email and in the calendar. Anyone keeping a stock does not keep it in their head.
Visible without a login
Puppy folder, breeder page and boarding statement can be shared through a link. The buyer needs no account, and you release line by line — nothing is public by default.
The limits
What we deliberately do not do.
Not forgotten, decided. Whoever reads it here does not discover it on day 46.
- No official studbook. The software prints your volume — one entry per litter, a register at the back. The studbook is kept by the association, and an entry with us is not an entry there.
- No judgement on breeding approval or breeding suitability. We check the rules a club has entered. Your breeding warden decides.
- No inbreeding coefficient, no hip dysplasia statistics, no gene pool analysis. There is no reliable association data for it, and a number without a basis is worse than none.
- No puppy marketplace, no central register, no brokerage. Anyone who wants to buy writes to you — as before.
- No public ranking. Shows, conformation ratings and titles sit at the animal, not in a table for everyone.
- No direct debit, no dunning, no bookkeeping. Invoices and cash receipts exist; nothing is collected.
- No chat and no app from an app store. The application runs in the browser and can be placed on your phone — nothing more is needed.
- No separate address per breeder page. Postponed, because the support burden outweighs the benefit today. The page to take with you answers the same wish, only without us.
45 days, full scope, no payment details.
After that the account falls back to Free. Nothing is deleted, and export always works.
